Malcolm Bastien (@malcolmbastien)- With too much time on his hands Malcolm started Toronto Dev during the Christmas break of 2008.  “Because there was so many conferences and meetups going on in Toronto every month and too many sources of information, I found I kept missing out on events and it was hard to keep up with news relative to the city.”  Malcolm’s a university student at Ryerson University and runs his own blog at Open Mode.ca.
